Each HOUSE OF SCANGA, LLC forged piece is individually handcrafted with exceptional attention to detail.
Build Time: Custom-forged items typically ship within 4 to 6 weeks of order confirmation, depending on complexity (knives, hammers, tools, or decorative work).
You will receive email updates during key stages of production and a notification when your item is ready to ship.
A tracking number will be emailed once the item is dispatched.
We thank you for your patience while we forge a product worthy of your workshop, collection, or daily use.
SHIPPING POLICY
We take every precaution to ensure your forged item arrives safely, securely, and on time.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail, depending on your location and selected shipping option.
Tracking numbers will be provided by email once your item ships.
Shipping Rates

Domestic (USA): Flat rate of $25 for insured and secure delivery.

International: Rates vary based on destination and carrier. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.
Packaging
All forged tools, blades, and blacksmithing pieces are wrapped, padded, and secured in durable shipping boxes or crates to ensure safe delivery.
Every shipment is insured for the full retail value of your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the handcrafted and custom nature of our forged work, we accept returns or exchanges only under specific conditions.

Condition: Item must be unused and in original packaging.

Custom Engravings/Personalization: Forged items with custom inscriptions, initials, or decorative details are non-returnable unless defective.

Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns, due to the handmade nature of each product.
Defects or Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged or shows a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item at no additional cost.
